Firstech was founded in 1977 and has been providing the following services for over 28 years:

Custom consulting for IBM mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 (iSeries), and PC (xSeries). While fully capable of providing straightforward application consulting services, we specialize in unusual requirements and custom inter-system interfaces.
Platform migration services, including DOS/VSE to OS/390 and z/OS, as well as migration from Hitachi and Fujitsu mainframes to zSeries.
The development, sales, and support of packaged software, including SIMDC, SIMDATE, and SIMIMS as shown elsewhere on this page.

We also offer the SIMDC product that allows DATACOM/DC message processing programs to run unchanged under CICS. This is for mainframe users of CA-DATACOM/DC.

We are currently in development on SIMIMS that will allow IMS message processing programs to function with minimal changes under CICS. SIMIMS include MFS support and allows you to vastly speed up migrations from IMS to CICS while dramatically reducing the risks associated with such migrations.
